S.L.K. Property Developments is a family orientated commercial and residential letting and development company, based within the South East of the U.K. The company in this form is at an early stage, run by a brother and sister team who have many years experience working with their father. He has been investing and developing since the early 1980s and built a company with a large and secure property portfolio.
S.L.K. Property Developments specializes in re-development and regeneration projects, working in conservation areas and with listed buildings. We always try to salvage and restore before we ever consider demolition. Our main priority is to conserve and regenerate. We work with salvaged materials and traditional craftsmen to create modern living and working environments within traditional and character-filled buildings.
In the past five years S.L.K. Property Developments has worked on two million pounds worth of development, securing a portfolio worth over a million pounds. We have established good working relationships with many local councils and suppliers. Our workforce is based upon experience and belief in the types of projects we do. Our management team services many landlords, both private and commercial. We treat all our management properties the same way we treat our own, with a personal and experienced service. We are a Traditional Development Company, prioritizing regeneration and conservation over gross profit.
