SLK Property Development has been established since 1999, in its earliest form fitting kitchen & bathrooms for major high street chains. During the housing boom the company evolved in to a highly successful development company, buying, renovating & selling character properties throughout the Bedfordshire area. Currently working for private customers building extensions, renovating and maintaining in the local area we are always happy to offer advice and provide the best service possible to our new and existing customers.
SLK Property Developments is a Trading Standards Approved building company. We have worked hard over the past 3 years to satisfy local council's that we have the credentials to warrant their approval. The process to achieve this status has taken over 12 months of constant monitoring and satisfactory completion of all projects undertaken. The Trading Standards Team continue to monitor our work to this day, helping to give you the customer the reassurance you need to confidently commit to us. We take pride in the fact that to become a Trading Standards Approved Contractor cost nothing. There are no annual fees unlike many other available standard on the market, the only criteria is that every job undertaken is done to the best of our abilities whilst maintaining our integrity. Our workforce is based upon local experienced craftsmen who believe in the types of projects we do. This is an integral part of what makes us a successful building company, allowing us to be diverse and create individual developments whilst keeping current regulations in mind.
